22/365 - This is a regular "don't feel like cooking" dish around my house. Corn Tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, Tostitos Salsa Con Queso dip and diced tomatoes & green chiles. Fast, easy and delicious!

20/365 - I know....I know! You're thinking she already did an airplane shot. Hey what can I say...I have a son. There are probably going to be lots of Hot Wheels, airplane, trains, etc on here :) Anyway, love the reflection on the surface!

18/365 - Both of my kids have a healthy interest in taking pictures and it's kinda cool they enjoy something that I enjoy as well. "Say cheese mommy!"

14/365 - And Bingo was his name O! This is my parents' Yorkie named Bingo. Whenever I go to visit he parks it on my lap. We're kinda pals! :)

7/365 - On a technical level this photo is soooo wrong. However the deal was a picture a day regardless of the camera I had or where I was. Well this picture is a DOWN POUR from the rain we have been having. It was taken from behind the window because it was literally dumping buckets and that's why you can see my railing pickets in the reflection. Love when it rains though!

6/365 - Our sprinklers were frozen last winter and as a result we had to replace a whole bunch of them and ultimately lost our backyard lawn. They are fixed now, but during the process a plethora of weeds and what looks to be some part of our garden had taken over. We are going to be re-sodding  but I thought what a perfect backdrop! Above is my 365 image and below is a picture of my beautiful, model-like daughter posing for me in front of the weeds.

1/365 - Something that makes a bad day at work more tolerable. I love my digital picture frame that I have filled with the faces of those that I love! When I snapped the picture this little beauty's face popped up in the frame! Yeah makes the day better!

Turning Over a New Leaf

Ok so here we go! It's August 1st and I am giving the 365 another chance. I haven't done so well on my last couple projects, but I have made a decision to do this one slightly different. Even on the days I cannot take photos that are cool and out of the box or even with my DSLR I WILL take a photo (even...gasp...a celly pic). Wish me luck!
